For over 15 years, I’ve helped people navigate career transitions and growth. I’m a Certified Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF) and Certified Career Services Provider (CCSP), and I bring evidence-based coaching methods to every client relationship.

I’ve been through career transitions myself—the kind that bring fear, uncertainty, and sleepless nights. I know what it feels like when your path shifts unexpectedly. Those experiences shaped how I coach: with empathy, without judgment, and with confidence that clarity is possible.

Too many people are stuck on a path they think they “should” be on. Maybe it’s family expectations or fear of change. But underneath, there’s burnout, boredom, or a nagging feeling that something’s missing.

My role is to ask strategic questions that help you uncover your own answers. Through my coaching framework, we’ll:

• Identify your transferable skills and clarify what truly matters to you
• Help you articulate your value and see your successes clearly

Here’s the thing: you can’t learn to swim by reading about swimming. You have to get in the water. As part of our work together, you’ll go out and try things, meet people, explore new opportunities, test ideas. That’s where real clarity comes from.
